That's what I said. An Indo-European group (and therefore not "Iberian"), although probably non-Celtic.

Perhaps a careful study of IE loans in Basque could reveal something new (if some of them prove to be pre-Celtic). As for Lusitanian, the evidence is too fragmentary to enable any credible conclusions.
