This site is a mess. As well as stating things as fact that are simply speculation, it has been contaminated by Neo-Pagan confusions between the Horned God of Wicca and the Cernunnos worshiped by the Belgae. We learn from this site, for instance, that Cernunnos is born at the winter solstice, is married at Beltane, and dies at the summer solstice. If anyone has any evidence for this from among the pre-Christian Celts I know quite a few Celticists who would love to see it.
