Accidentally similar, NOT related.
(i) <iuba> means 'mane, crest', NOT 'love';
(ii) <iubar> means 'beaming light, bright celestial body', NOT 'love';
(iii) PIE *l(e)ubH- 'to like' > Lat. lub- (~ lib-), as in <lubet/libet>.
