Vitellia

Which is the etymology of "Vitellia"?
Is this "Vitellia" somehow related to "vitellus"= calf?
I heard there must have bin a feminine form like "vitella"= she-calf ,
is this true? ( It doesn't make sense to tell you again about my
dictionaryL )
The both words "vitellus" & "vitella" are diminutive forms, the
principal forms being
"vitulus" and "vitula".
But in which connection are these two words with Latin "vacca"?
Or is there no connection and "vitulus" & "vitula" have nothing to do
with "vacca"?
