Is this true? If so, what are the special sounds in Baluchi which
needed the invention of a new script? I am interested in this
because, I think baluch and meluhha are cognate; meluhha of the
Dilmun-Magan-Meluhha sequence mentioned in cuneiform records of
Mesopotamia.
