"a spinteca - spintecare" is OK. "spântecare" /spIntecare/ is the
old variant (I suppose it is no longer in use in a subdialect or
another of our dialect - although the related word for "belly",
i.e. "pântec" is there, and there has never been a variant
*"pintec /pin-tek/").
