Spanish Juan : Yan~ez
English John : Johns, Jones, Johnson
German : Johannsohn, Johanns
Scandinavian: Jansen, Jensen, Jonsson, Jansson, Jonson, etc
Russian : Ivanovic^
Czech : Janovic^
Polish : Janowicz
Greek : Iannopoulos
Romanian: Ionescu
