Yes, Manthu and Pramanthu are mentioned as sons of Vi:ravrata and his wife Bhoja: in the Bha:gavata-pura:n.a (5:15). I don't think anything else is known of them except for their place in the dynastic genealogy where they appear. There is certainly no particular reason to associate them with Prometheus and Epimetheus.
