there is no (a)stâmpara but astâmpara. Without "a" the word
doesnt make sense, but I assume in some sub-dialectal should
be a such "stâmpara".Maybe Marius and Geroge heard about.
"astâmpara"= calm down, say to someone to quit what he is
doing, a kind of "Hoer auf" in german.What does mean
ex-temperare in latin?
