Is anybody aware of the following book:
John V. Day. _Indo-European Origins: The Anthropological Evidence_,
issued in 2001 in the monograph series of the JIES. The author
reportedly argues that the Proto-Indo-Europeans were fair-haired blue-
eyed brachycephals. Is that true, and if it is, how could such a work
be "based on the author's Ph.D. thesis prepared under Professor James
Mallory (
http://www.utexas.edu/cola/depts/lrc/jies/monographs/monojd-
IE-Origins.html)"? What's going on in the Institute for the Study of
Man, Washington DC?
