My mistake, Pakistani Pashto does have retroflex consonants, but not the retroflex sibilants /s./ and /z./; instead it has reflexes of /x/ and /g/.
Pashto, on the other hand, has initial xšw- and many other initial consonant combinations, not to mention retroflex consonants (except in Pakistan) that came from somewhere.
