The only extensive Vedic grammar that combines the work of
Indologists with the traditional information contained in Sikshas,
Pratisakhyas etc. is the two volume 'Vaidik Vyakarana' of Dr. Ram
Gopal. It was published in 1960's and is unfortunately very rare and
never reprinted. It is twice the size of 'Vedic Grammar' of
MacDonnel. The work is in Hindi/Sanskrit (and it translates all the
relevant references in French/German as well).
