Here's a link with the full Pokorny dictionary online:

http://iiasnt.leidenuniv.nl/ (Leiden University, Holland)

However, when I tried that site a few minutes ago, it did not
respond. I'm listing it in the hope that someone manages to
connect to it.

Here's another nice site: http://starling.rinet.ru -- Sergei
Starostin's site -- it has stuff on Altaic, Afro-Asiatic, Sino-Tibetan,
and Dravidian. I could trace the two parts of the word "kamikaze"
(search in the Japanese section for words meaning "god" and
"wind").

For using Starostin's databases and the Leiden Pokorny
dictionary, Macintosh users may want to used my edited version
the font "timesstr"; its full name is "Times New Roman Star"; I'm
not sure what's the easiest way to send it or submit it.
