Yes. Vedic Sanskrit is likely to be about 1200 BCE = 3200 BP. In making
this assertion I must eschew all claims to knowledge for myself, and simply
follow a consensus of reasonable scholarly advice, both from Sanskritists
such as Whitney, MacDonnell, and Coulson, and IE linguists such as Baldi and
Beekes. There is no conflict with Piotr, who also puts Vedic Sanskrit at
about this time. The Greek material is attested from about 1500 BCE to 1200
BCE, which means it may be slightly earlier than Vedic, but there is still
plenty of room for overlap.
