you earlier said that you were tempted to find the
"horse" word in the tribal name TRASPIES (Herodot.) I
think you're right. So a question: would a metathesis
be possible here: TRASPIES for TRI-ASP-ES? Meaning
"Three Horses" or "Third Horse"?
