Since Oscan and Umbrian have initial as well as medial f, T, xW > f
and x > h, I don't see why we have to reconstruct medial voiced
reflexes for Proto-Italic (as opposed to Proto-Latin(-Faliscan)).

Latin has -f- medially in <nefrones> < *neghWrones.
