Try downloading the files and opening them from your own disk. For nice creaky voice, take any male RP speaker (the more authentically RP the better), elicit from him a sentence with a low falling intonation (even a slow and thoughtful "Yes..." would do), and prick up your ears when the sentence tune begins to fall.

I don't like sound files, in that they tend to wreck my system. I've learned to avoid them. I do want to hear Piotr, however. Only my system did not like listening to him. I especially don't open RealPlayer files, in that they are especially evil in destroying my system. Yeah, I want to hear 'creaky voice', and somehow relate this to my own very good American English.
