Aaah. And this somehow makes sense? I fail to see what credible
motivations cause the changes you prescribe. How can these differing
vowel positions possibly effect fronting on the one hand and
labialisation on the other? Are there direct, real-world examples
of these changes? There are a plethora of other questions that beg
answer as well.

Without these important issues credibly worked out, what you
currently provide is simply not a sufficiently parsimonious
theory to warrant consideration. Certainly, many of your rules
are too illucid and arcane to attract acceptance. (At least
my theories on PreIE vocalism are built upon the most straight-
forward of linguistic processes and are still considerably
more efficient in comparison.)
