Old Persian "horse" was <asa-> (with a special OPer. development of -*k^w-), but in names we usually have <-aspa->, borrowed from the Medes. Iranian "sheep" words usually reflect PIE *pek^u (Av. pasu [fs^u- in compounds]; I'd expect Old Per. *paþu, but I don't know whether it's attested in texts). Typical IE "pig" words were almost completely lost in IIr (except *pork^os, which is marginally attested in Iranian). I'm away from my reference books too at the moment; I'll check the rest later.
