It would be unwise of me to deny a strong typological probability of
the pattern. What I would dare state is that, as I've already noted
in my answer to Martin, I doubt today's folkloristics has a device
for the secure reconstruction of gods' and deities, while other
evidence for Baltic and Slavic religion is scarce.
