Sign in at http://groups.yahoo.com then go to "Edit My Groups":
http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups?edit=1

Look for the cybalist link, then select the "no email" option on the
drop down menu on the right side of the page. When you come back, set
it back to "individual emails"
