Everywhere in Brittannia IYO? Don't you think Latin was spoken mostly in the
South-East? After all, English has considerable Latin influence: more than
German, but less than Dutch? Celtic influence in English is almst
nonexistent AFAIK?

Yes. Perhaps we may compare this to Spanish-Portuguese in Latin America?
Amerindian languages are still alive in the Andes etc., but Spanish &
Portuguese are now (ca.500 years after Colombus) by far the dominant
languages there. Most of Gallia, after ca.400 years, must have spoken Latin
at ca.400 AD.
