I don't want to engage me in a non IE discussion here. This forum is not
supposed to be a place for political matters. However, let me tell you that
your arguments are by far absolutely inaccurate to explain the suffering and
pains of the countries you have mentioned. You have showed a complete
ignorance about Latin American history (excepting if related to your pan-
theories) as well as the many problems involved in this matter. I see that it
is not your field and you can't be blamed for that, but at least I would have
expected a bit of humbleness and respect from your side when talking about
things of which you have not an idea and that are very painful for millions
of people in this side of the world at this very moment.
