IE *bh should just relate to a boring ol' Etruscan /p/, I'm afraid. IE *m
equals Etruscan /m/. Hence the connection of IE *bhei with Etruscan /pi/,
both postpositions meaning "by". It is IE's "voiced" stops (*d and *g) that
generally appear in Etruscan as inaspirate stops (/t/ and /c/) whereas the
rest (*t/*dh, *k/*gh) tends to be aspirate stops (/th/ and /ch/).
