Re: [tied] Etruscan inscription

I remember reading about an important new Etruscan inscription being found
two years ago or so - does anyone know where the inscription was found and
have there been any recent developments in its translation?

PS - I am getting so confused by the recent Etruscan threads - is there any
consensus amongst Cybalist members as to Etruscan's relation to Proto Indo
European?
