Yup - in fact *Oino-gusto means "Single Choice" (PIE *oi-no-geus-t-). I
suppose a Germanic equivalent would have looked like: *Ain-keus-.

I have often wondered about Ingwi, however - what IS the etymology?
Since Freyr is a fertility god connected with phalloi, can the name come
from *engW- "groin," or perhaps a suffixed form of *yem "twin" (perhaps
*yem-ko-), noting Freyr's twin connections.
