Mycenaean Greek is documented from the time of the Hittite Old Kingdom, and "Mitannic" Indic is only a little less ancient. Non-Anatolian 1sg. *-o: must be much older than recorded Hittite or Luwian. For all I know it might well be older than Proto-Anatolian defined as the most recent common ancestor of Hittite and Luwian.

Well, I thought the term "post-Anatolian" as a shorthand for
"Proto-Indo-European after the split of Proto-Anatolian, for those of
us who think Proto-Anatolian was the first branch to split off but
respect tradition enough to be reluctant to use Indo-Hittite
terminology" was common enough. It's also shorter than your
"Proto-non-Anatolian PIE" which is why I decided not to copy that.
