Yes I get the same problem, but there's a way round it. When you get the
dial-up box, click once outside the box - this will shrink it to the bottom
of your screen and you can then ignore it for all the rest of the emails.
When you exit Outlook Express (or whatever you're using as a mail-server)
the box will automatically disappear.
