*-oisu is based on forms like Skt vr.kes.u or OCS vlIcExU (both < *wlkWoisu). Greek -ois possibly reflects the Instr.pl. in *-o-His (Skt. -ais, Lith. -ais, arch. Lat. -eis, etc.), while the variant *-oisi(n) represents remodelled *-oisu, IMO. The suggestion that *-su is a postposition obviously requires a careful justification. I'll try to propose an interpretation for it.

Wait, what IS the plural of *wlkWoi? I could swear I've seen *wlkWois
reconstructed without *-u? That would be *-i [locative] + *-es [plural]. And
what is *-su supposed to derive from in your view, Piotr?
