Tunguskaya.

John Croft, I think it was, posted on what he called the Tunguskaya
Lake. I cannot find this post, tho'.

Anyway. Would someone explain exactly what this is? Are we speaking of
the West Siberian Lake, the glacial lake formed by the damming of the
Arctic outlets of the Ob and Yenisey Rivers? Or is this another lake?

There is a Tungus River, tributary to the Yenisey. I see there is also
a city called Tunguskhaya on the Lena river.
