PIE and Indus or Sarasvati Valley Civilization

The presence of the svastika symbol is emphatic in the Indus or
Sarasvati Valley Civilization (ISVC). There are over 50 inscriptions
with this symbol out of a total of about 2,500. A seal with this
symbol and other script signs of ISVC was also found at Altyn Depe.
Was there a possibility of interaction between PIE culture and this
ISVC (Vedic) culture?
