Utu was not Inana's lover. They form a fraternal pair, like Apollon &
Artemis.

Anatolia has both male and female Sun deities. It's due to the syncretism
between PIE Sun-God and Hattili Sun-Goddess. I think the Great Sun-Goddess
of Hittites has some influence at Greek Hestia.
