Yes, I meant Eid-al-Fitr, though of course some of Ramadan necessarily
occurs twice in a solar year if Eid al-Fitr occurs twice in it. In 2000,
you get the end of one month of Ramadan, and all of the next - hence (in one
sense) Ramadan twice.
