Glen, do you mind if we finish this lengthy discussion? We've stated our positions over and over again and are unlikely to convert each other by repeating the same argumants in a slightly modified form. The onlookers must be fed up with our essays and those who are interested have read enough to form their own opinions. If I have a chance to review your reconstruction in detail, we'll have something concrete to discuss.
