Forget *Rudros. I had to name it, so I adapted the Indian name. It doesnt'
mean I believe this was his PIE name.
But Rudra is not Red. Maybe from *reu- "to cry,to weep", or to *reu-
"coarse, rough" cf. Latin rudis "coarse" and rullus "ruffian".
