I can't find any online information on ideaMEDIA, the publishers of Andrzej Kokowski's book on Goths. Professor Kokowski is head of the Archaeology Department at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Lublin. His e-mail address is

If approached, I don't think he would mind answering any questions about Goths or Vandals, or about the availability of his book. He has led the excavations of a third-century Gothic colonisation area in eastern Poland (near Hrubieszów, a stone's throw from the Pripyat' Marshes). View the enclosed photo of a nice Gothic eagle from those parts.
