The Sumerians are the starting point of this steppe expansion. Anything
could have happened to the Pre-Sumerian language once the rest of the
Eurasiatic-speakers dispersed eastwards. I don't understand your
disagreement.

I'm not sure why you think that this is "Elamic" but could you list some of
these terms? Why are they considered foreign again?
