Palaic

If Paliac is known only via some clay scraps from Hittite ruins,
but we know enough to group it with IE Anatolian..and assign it regionally
to Mysia (?) (NW Anatolia)....

How did we name it? Specifically, what is the source of the name?

I have a guess..but thats all it is so far.
