I suspect that these are small towns with few, if any, residents who
don't speak Spanish. About a dozen years ago Sweetwater, Florida was
conducting council meetings mainly in Spanish. I don't know if they
still do, but the Mayor does speak English.

You're asking me to predict the future??? If it does happen there will
be a lot of trouble before it reaches that point.
