Bruce Cain, who along with his thesis adviser J. W. Gair,
wrote the section on Thaana/Divehi script (in WWS, OUP) has placed
in the web (2 or 3 years ago) a pdf file on Thaana script.
I don't find it now (via google ect.,).
In case anyone has it, please send that pdf file to me.
