It is not stocked by bookstores. It comes from the "Academic Reference" department, and bookstores do not sell "Academic Reference" books. If you special-order it, it will be for the list price.

The one exception was Seminary Co-op in Chicago, whose manager is a friend of mine, which sold two or three copies a year (at full price).

Uh-oh. That could mean that their official sales price is bogus. I don't
go to Boston or Cambridge much at all, lately, but it would be interesting
to visit a bookstore to see what they are asking for it.

It would be nice if they would allow a revised edition.
