Well, without looking at that particular website, a new writing system
design would depend on the phonology of the language. Frequent syllables
of the shape CCCVCCC would militate against a syllabary, for instance.

Me, I like hangul. If you have CCCVCCC syllables, you just have to be
careful your C symbols don't get too complicated to be miniaturized.
