Only those whose viewers support UTF-8, which is *supposed* to be all of
them by now.

Very annoying. My message was properly tagged as UTF-8. Yahoo ignored
the tag and rendered the bytes as Latin-1.

For those who saw the garbage characters, trust me: it's a subscript 2.
