If I were you, I'd wait until 5.0 is out and they put out a book for
that. With the existance now of post-4.0 versions of Unicode, the 4.0
book is partially outdated and it is no longer a complete inventory of
Unicode.

Unfortunately, the Consortium does not issue The Book in serial
format, for if they did The Book could remain up-to-date between
landmark releases.
