OF COURSE NOT!!!!!!

The fact that it is syllables that are represented by abugidas does not
make them syllabaries. Perhaps I should also have invented an
unfamiliar word for syllabaries -- now, what are the first few letters
of Cherokee (in Sequoyah's order) again?
