Who was it, Jack Durst on the conlang list, years ago? He would sign
off with a note that his post was written in "Net English", which is a
constructed language much like English except with way more flexible
spelling... (People started codifying it, specifying just how much of
the text had to be misspelled, etc...)

I remember he always spelled vowel as "vouel"...
