Perhaps I expect too much, but I just found and installed an Ethiopic
font. Nevertheless, Daniel's name still renders almost entirely in
seemingly-arbitrary Latin-1 characters in Opera e-mail; the latter is
usually quite good about rendering other scripts in headers and text.
I have not restarted Opera nor 98 SE; doing so might offer better luck.
Fwiw, I try to install and enable all I can for rendering other languages
and scripts, although I have been lazy about "filling the holes" in Arial
Unicode.

I suspect I'm not the only one whose machine won't render Ethiopic in the
header or body.
