And Okrand made it pretty clear that the Klingon writing system
wasn't simply alphabetic. (That would have been too easy.)

That page does not credit the Astra Image Corporation with the
original designs. Some pages in Sweden and Finland did (do a Google
search for AIC) and that's why my standardization proposals included
them.
