what are the reconstructed Nostratic counterparts of the PIE (so-called) laryngeals? Can anybody give me any examples, please? Thank you.

Mostly Eurasian.  However, if you accept Afro-Asiatic languages, then
they account for about 40%, so I would say at least 30% of Nostratic
languages are actually principally used in Africa!
