OK. I will upload files directly and then inform the readership. In this specific case,
there are special characters that cannot be displayed so I prefer uploading files
in pdf format. If there is need for discussion, I will do as before and also post the
ASCII version and then discuss that version.

All members have the right to post files, unless there some
moderation-related restriction especially imposed.  Thats how I
archived the earlier attachments in the /att directory.  However, in
the case of your latest attachment, it would be far more convenient
for discussion if it were included in the body of the e-mail. 
Before I reply, I'm going to try and convert it back to text using
GhostScript.
